Soup Mix – Pasta Fagioli

Description

Keep this soup mix on hand for a quick and easy dinner meal starter.  Pasta e Fagioli means “pasta and beans,” and is a classic Italian soup. Borlotti beans, organic ditalini, carrots, celery, onion, and spices cook up 8 delicious cups of soup. The pasta is cooked in the same water the beans cooked in so the starch will thicken the broth. Our Pasta e Fagioli is vegan as is so you can use a meat substitute to keep it vegan or vegetarian.
