Description
This iconic ‘congo’ ice bucket by Jens Quistgaard for Dansk is in very nice vintage condition.
The condition of the wood is great. The joints are tight and the wood has not dried out. A few shallow surface blemishes to the wood; there is a shallow scrape and some white “rubs”.
The four ducks logo is stamped on the exterior bottom.
The handle has double peg joinery on each end.
The lid is in very good conditon and fits well.
The orange plastic liner has great color. I see no cracks or breaks….just scuffs.
It measures 19″ tall and about 9″ in diameter. The 19″ and 15″ versions of this design are shown side-by-side for comparison in the last picture.
