Jess began designing cards in 2017 following her husband’s cancer diagnosis. Recognizing the difficulty in expressing sentiments during challenging times, she created cards with the motto “laughter is the best medicine” to simplify connections in life’s ups and downs. Despite her husband’s passing in 2021, Jess continues her business in tribute to his resilience and humor, with a portion of proceeds supporting Esophageal Cancer Research. Named after the five tattoo dots marking her husband’s radiation treatment, Five Dot Post symbolizes their shared journey and commitment to love, support, and connection.
